No purchase is necessary to win the $100 Restaurant Gift Card. However, this prize is limited to the first 50 callers and requires homeowner(s) to participate in an approximate 1 hour, in home presentation on energy saving products including solar energy systems, windows and doors, exterior coating, and insulation. Homeowner(s) will be notified upon calling in, and prior to setting an appointment, if they are eligible to receive the award. Homeowner(s) will receive their restaurant gift voucher by e-mail within 3 days of completion of the presentation.

Purchase is necessary to win all other prizes valued between $500 and $2,999. All other prizes, valued between $500 and $2,999, require minimum purchase and installation of a 10 panel solar energy system. During in home presentation and upon pending purchase, homeowner(s) will be given a choice of prizes including plasma televisions, gift cards, weekend trips, electronics, and discounts on energy saving products such as solar energy systems, windows and doors, exterior coating, and insulation. Prizes are limited to (1) per customer and cannot be combined with any other offers. Homeowner(s) will receive prize prior to the final installation and payment of their solar energy system installation.

GCI Energy reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this promotion without notice at any time. Participation may be limited. This promotion is only valid in California. Void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation.

Acceptance or use of a prize constitutes permission for GCI and its affiliates to use recipient's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. GCI Energy reserves the right to substitute any prize for another of similar value. Payment of any and all federal, state, and local taxes and/ or other fees that may apply to prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

This promotion is open to homeowners legally residing in Southern California, 21 years of age and older. Employees, officers and directors of GCI Energy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (and those living in their household) are not eligible to participate in the promotion. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless GCI, their affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailer, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of a prize. Acceptance of a prize may require entering into an affidavit of eligibility to participate in this promotion as required by state law. This promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning).
